-The address of my home-based salon will be disclosed in 24-hour reminder email.
-Please understand that I have children and may need to momentarily step away to tend to their needs.

ARRIVAL.
- Please text me if you arrive before your appointment time to determine if early entry will be allowed.
- If you are driving, please park closest to the porch and text me.
-If you do not park on the correct side, you will be asked to move your vehicle before entering.
- Upon entry, your shoes must be removed or covered (with provided shoe covers).

FEES & PAYMENTS.
-A $25 booking fee (non-refundable) is due at the time of booking for all maintenance appointments. This is applied towards your balance.
-All booking fees to be paid via the booking site.
- No refunds for fees or deposits.
- Forms of payment accepted for balance: CASH, ZELLE, and SQUARE
- Square payments include an additional 3.5% processing fee

LATE POLICY
- 10 minute grace period given
-$35 fee added to balance after 15 minutes late
- Arriving after 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice, 50% of service total is required.
-Same-day cancellations/24-hours or less, 100% of service total is required.
- Two NO call/NO show results in no longer being serviced by Crowned Sistah, LLC.
